• All dog breeds are welcome to join our adventures.

• For the health and safety of our staff and all dogs in our care, we operate a strict policy of no dogs with a history of aggression in any form. 

Yes, we are fully insured by a pet business insurance specialist. Our insurance covers:

• Public Liability
• Care, Custody and Control
• Transportation of Dogs
• Loss of Keys

• Yes, we will. Collection and return of your dog within the TN39 and TN40 postcodes is included in the price of the adventure.

• You do not need to be home when we collect or return your dog, but, if not, we do ask for a set of keys to allow us to deliver our service safely and efficiently. Arrangements can be discussed with us during your dog's pre-trip assessment.

• Absolutely! We are Dog First Aid Trained so you can be assured they will be in safe hands throughout the duration of their adventure with us.

• Our shuttle contains a large holding area and uses a harness seatbelt system to safely secure your dog during transit.

• Each destination we visit is carefully researched prior to departure to determine its safety and suitability for dog walking.

• Your dog will remain on its lead during their adventures unless we have your consent to let them off. Even with your consent, we will always undertake a dynamic risk assessment of the area prior to letting them off their lead. Part of our pre-trip assessment will be to discuss your dog's recall and off lead behaviour with you.

• Our adventures run in all weathers and we choose our destinations based on the current forecast to ensure your dog gets to enjoy the most suitable walking conditions. 

• With a custom-made waterproof interior, our shuttle is specifically designed to combat wet, muddy dogs! We will clean off as much debris as possible prior to your dog reboarding and dry them off using microfibre towels once they are back on board. 

• The safety of your dog is of paramount importance to us, so we will never run a trip if a severe weather warning has been issued.
